London queues for everything. Now there's a league table. Every Saturday at 1pm, we call 50 restaurants and ask: how long's the wait?
What is this?
The most British dataset ever collected. We queue for brunch, we queue for ramen, we queue in the rain outside a pub that has 40 empty seats inside. The queue is not a problem. The queue is the review.
Every Saturday at 1pm, an AI voice agent calls 50 of London's most iconic restaurants and asks one question: if I walked in right now, how long would I wait? OpenTable tracks reservations. Google tracks reviews. Nobody tracks what happens when you just show up. Until now.
